CAMP PATRIOT, KUWAIT - Captain Luke McCollum above left takes the command of the port security responsibilities in Kiwait from CDR Christopher Zayatz during the Relief Ceremony held 12 Dec. 2008 at Camp Patriot.  SN Chicon above right holds the PSU 311 Guidon during the Relief Ceremony held 12 Dec. 2008 at Camp Patriot Kuwait. Coast Guard PSU 311 from San Pedro, Claif., Took aver the Coast Guard's portion of Port Security in Kuwait from PSU 309 from Cleavland, Ohio.
