I wuz watching cocoon last nite two coast guard boats the 41453 and the 41415 and they mentioned in the credits a 1st class BM Mark Simpson and a 2nd class BM Robert Slacom Jr.

Strange...the lightship is tied up at the dock....has the National Engsin on a mast, not on the fantail....and no Union Jack at the bow :confused: ForJack!  Maybe just an "old school" picture Huh?
